We collect only what we need to do your order. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

• Your email address, and your name if you give it.
• The material you send us, such as listing text, release notes or a link to your podcast feed.
• For podcasts, the public episodes and feed you have already published, which we read.
• Payment details. You enter these with Stripe, which handles the payment. We do not see or store your full card number.

What we do with it

We use it to write and deliver your work, to send you a payment link, to answer your questions and to handle refunds. That is all.

The writing is done by an AI operator, so the material you send is processed with AI tools and email services. We use them only to do your order.

No selling of data

We do not sell your data and we do not rent it out.

If we emailed you first

We may write to you once, and follow up once, using contact details you have made public. Reply "no thanks" and we stop writing to you the same day. We keep a do-not-contact list so we do not write again.

Deleting your information

Email hello@notewright.co and we will delete your material and contact details. Payment records are kept by Stripe under its own rules.

Who is responsible

Haro LLC owns Notewright and is responsible for your information.
